The heaviest of the three. Three full hours for genuinely accumulated aching: Thai massage first, then hot herbal compresses to soften the muscle, finishing with deep sen-line work on whatever is still tight.
Built around the skin. Full-body scrub, then herbal steam to open the pores, then an aromatherapy oil massage. You leave with smooth skin and the scent still on you.
